Right after the release of its anime adaptation, the manga’s sales skyrocketed and fans from all over the world started reading it. Unfortunately, the series ended on September 29, 2025, with 271 chapters. Ever since then, fans have been waiting for the anime’s return. Gachiakuta

Kei Urana’s new-age manga series Gachiakuta takes place in a world where the people known as ‘tribesfolk’ descending from past criminals, are forced to live in slums. One day, a tribesfolk boy named Rudo is accused of killing his foster father Regto, and thrown in ‘The Pit’. Once awake, Rudo enters a new world where the people from The Pit fight dangerous trash beasts to survive. As he vows to get revenge, Rudo meets new allies and uses his newly awakened powers to kill trash beasts. The manga, with its dystopian undertones, is quite different from JJK. However, the incredible art style and fight scenes are reminiscent of Akutami’s work. You can read the series on Kodansha’s K-Manga website. An anime adaptation of the series has also been announced.
Undead Unluck

Focusing on people who have ‘negation’ abilities, Yoshifumi Tozuka’s action manga is a perfect treat for any JJK fan. It focuses on a girl named Fuuko, whose cursed power kills anyone she touches. After finishing her favourite manga, Fuuko decides to jump to her death, but is saved by a man who can’t die. She learns that her ability is Unluck, and the man who rescued her has the ability of Undead, prompting her to call him Andy. He says he won’t let her die unless she can kill him with one massive stroke of Unluck. Filled to the brim with breathtaking action, the manga keeps you on the edge of your seat from start to finish. It’s available to read on the Manga Plus and Viz Media websites. Moreover, it has an anime adaptation with a second season on the way.
Hell’s Paradise

Also known as Hell’s Paradise: Jigokuraku, Yuji Kaku’s popular manga follows Gabimaru the Hollow. He is tasked with bringing back the Elixir of Life from Shinsenkyo to be pardoned from his death row sentence. Unlike Jujutsu Kaisen, the manga is set in the Edo period. However, the group setting as well as the deep lore behind the story is similar to Gege Akutami’s manga. The Hell’s Paradise manga has also ended, which means you don’t have to wait for new chapters and can read it in one go on the Viz Media site. The anime series is also set to return soon with season 2.
Kagurabachi

From a meme to a blockbuster manga, Kagurabachi’s rise to fame has been anything but normal. Takeru Hokazono started publishing the series on Shueisha In September 2023. The story about young teenager Chihiro Rokuhira’s revenge against his father’s murderers and retrieving the magical swords he made has already won over the readers. From interesting characters to a modern setting with magical elements, the series has a lot of similarities with JJK. Thankfully, it only has 63 chapters so far with many more to come. Dandadan

If you love JJK for its unusual collection of superpowers and monsters, then Dandadan will be right up your alley. Momo is a high school student who believes in ghosts and demons, while Okarun, her classmate, only believes in aliens. The duo gains some weird powers when they try to prove each other wrong. But as per the rule of manga, with abilities come enemies. Join the duo on their supernatural escapades as they defeat powerful paranormal beings and meet even more friends with powers. The anime adaptation was one of the biggest hits of 2024, and it will be back again in July 2025 with a new season.
