The Harley texts talked about the three worlds and the three devastating wars that would take place in each era.
One Piece’s latest chapter also provided fans with a lot of new information. Loki is threatened again, this time by Shanks’ older brother Shamrock, who unleashes his violent Cerberus sword on the Accursed Prince. Elsewhere, Luffy argues with some giants that Shanks will never attack and hurt people without any reason, deducing that a Shanks lookalike might be in Elbaph. Moreover, we learn that the ancient book of Giants, known as the Harley, talks about the three worlds and the three massive wars that are to take place during each of the eras.
Loki is attacked by Shamrock’s sword

The chapter begins with the now-injured Loki asking Shamrock about his similarity with Shanks. The Celestial Dragon answers that Shanks is his younger twin brother. Although Shanks had been to the Holy Land once, he seems to prefer the filth of the lower world. Loki promises to kill both brothers once he gets out of the chains that bind him. Shamrock is angry about being threatened and calls forth his sword. Once he calls Cerberus, a three-headed dog, with a massive blade emerging from each mouth comes out from the sword. The massive dog goes to attack Loki but stops suddenly when Gunko says that they need to move after hearing something. However, Shamrock still sics the dog on Loki before leaving and tells him to come find him if he survives this.
Loki screams and curses as he’s being sliced apart and Shamrock tells Gunko that they need to pacify the warriors’ children first, and for that, he plans to call someone. In the Aurust Castle, the two injured giants say that it was Shanks who attacked them. To this Luffy protests and says that Shanks will never do something like that without a reason so it had to be someone else. They deduce that maybe they’re brothers since they look so similar. Luffy says it’s possible since Shanks never talked about a family, only the Roger pirates, whom he grew up with. As he says this, someone is seen waiting outside the castle. It looks like the same man whose silhouette we saw in chapter 1132.
Robin and Chopper learn about what the Harley text says

The story moves to Jewel Tree Adam, where Franky is seen with Ripley. The two talk about selling pieces of the tree, which has a pretty high price in the rest of the world. Suddenly, Franky sees some murals on the tree, and Ripley says that these were made by kids aeons ago. She reveals that some children must have made it about 800-900 years ago, which means they were made during the Void Century. Franky is taken aback by this revelation and says that they need to tell Robin about it. However, he asks why some people in these murals don’t look like giants. Ripley says that it’s surprising because even though some history of war exists, there was never any cultural exchange between the countries. Maybe this means the drawings were just the wishful thinking of some kids.
Just after this, we see Colon and the other children studying in the Walrus School. In the library, Saul hands the Harley text to Robin. He says that people have different interpretations of the text and that’s why there are so many versions of the Sun God Nika. He also says that the story of Harley is divided into three chapters, and the final chapter talks about the time that they’re living in now and about something that’ll happen in future. Robin starts reading what’s written in the book and Chopper listens. Elsewhere, Franky seems to be frozen looking at something. Here is what the three chapters of the Harley scripture read:
The First World
Within the Earth, there was fire. Mankind succumbed to greed and touched the forbidden sun. The enslaved prayed, and the sun god appeared. The earth god raged, and with its serpent of hellfire, shrouded the world in death and darkness. And they will never meet.
The Second World
Within the void, there was breath. The forest god tamed demons and the sun spread the fires of war. Those of the half-moon dreamed, those of the full-moon dreamed. Man killed the sun and became god, and the sea god stormed. And they will never meet.
The Third World
Within the chaos there was emptiness. The inconvenient remnants recall the promised day and hear the voice of the half-moon. The sun god dances and laughs, guiding the world to its end. The sun returns and brings a new morning. And they will surely meet.
