Falling Devil shows Famine what true terror looks like.
The previous chapter of Chainsaw Man manga focused on Denji and Asa. However, our protagonist didn’t notice the change on her face when her body was once again overtaken by Yoru. When the Fake Chainsaw Man attacked them, Denji had fought him. But when a sudden dangerous situation arises, Yoru shows her true colours as a Devil.

Chainsaw Man Chapter 201 recap
The chapter opens with the Famine Devil throwing stones at random people on the street. Angry, they ask her what’s wrong and she asks if they’re terrified of her. They think she has gone crazy. The Devil keeps throwing stones and asks if they’re scared of her since it’s her mission to terrorise them. One of the stones hurts a child, causing his eye to bleed. Suddenly, the Falling Devil appears behind Famine and says what she’s evoking is anger and not terror. One of the humans says they should call the Vigilante Cops. Suddenly, the Falling Devil says “Terror looks like this!”
The scene moves to Denji’s group. The protagonist asks the Fake Chainsaw Man about what mistake he was talking about (refer to Chapter 200). But before he gets an answer, people start to fly toward them from the sky. Screaming and crying in fear, the people rapidly pass by Denji’s group. The protagonist manages to hold onto a person’s hand, anchoring himself to a pole. However, it seems he won’t be able to hold on much longer because of the powerful gravitational pull. Fake Chainsaw Man asks Denji if he saved the person because she was a woman. Denji asks Asa to help him, not knowing the body has been overtaken by Yoru again. Instead of helping, she blasts away the woman’s arm, causing her to fly right off, and then laughs at her scream. Denji says that although she looks cute, she was a Devil all along. Yoru says that she’s the only woman he needs as the fake Chainsaw Man watches them.
Chainsaw Man Chapter 201 review
It hurts to see Yoru causing so much damage again when Asa is suffering so much because of her actions. The random flying people are likely Falling’s doing as she wanted to show Famine how to terrorize people, and the gravity altering method looks right up her alley. I can’t really tell where the story is heading next as there's a lot of possibilities with how Denji will react to Yoru. However, I can safely say that we’re going to be thoroughly entertained thanks to Fujimoto’s unpredictable storytelling.
