The collaboration will feature collectibles based on One Piece's iconic characters.

One Piece fans are in for a treat! A new collaboration between renowned collectible toy company Moose Toys and Netflix has just been announced. The collab will involves a brand-new collection of toys inspired by the hit live-action adaptation of One Piece.

The global licensing deal includes a range of action figures, playsets, plush toys, roleplay items, and some collectibles featuring Captain Monkey D. Luffy and his Straw Hat Pirates, including Zoro, Nami, Usopp, and Sanji.

Joe Smith, VP of global and US marketing, licensed brands for Moose toys, called this partnership a milestone for the company. “This One Piece collection with Netflix and Tomorrow Studios represents our first licensing deal with the entertainment giant and a significant next step in the expansion of our portfolio,” he said. “In One Piece you have a captain who’s all in on a quest for new adventures, with a trusted crew, which makes for a great analogy to the way that Moose Toys does business with our partners. We cannot wait to embark on this adventure with Netflix and deliver a treasure trove of awesome new toys full of Moose innovation to delight fans of the popular series.”

One Piece follows the journey of Monkey D. Luffy, a young man who gains a rubber-like body after accidentally eating the Gum-Gum fruit. Determined to become Pirate King, he sets sail from the East Blue Sea in search of the legendary treasure known as the One Piece. As captain of the Straw Hate Pirates, Luffy assembles a diverse crew which include Ronoroa Zoro, Nami, Usopp, and Sanji. They acquire their first ship, the Going Merry, later replaced by the Thousand Sunny, and face off against dangerous adversaries and other infamous pirates.

Based on Eiichiro Oda’s iconic manga, One Piece, the live action adaptation was developed in partnership with Shueisha and produced by Tomorrow Studios. The series debuted on Netflix and stayed in the global top 10 for eight weeks, and earned a 95% audience score in Rotten Tomatoes.

The anime adaptation by Toei animation first aired on October 1999, spanning over 21 seasons until 2024. The anime adaptation is currently on break until April 2025. Meanwhile, the One Piece manga is still ongoing.
