The latest update for Anime Japan’s yearly ‘Manga We Want To See Animated’ ranking is finally here. Although this is not the final list, fans have been voting for their favourite manga since January 15, 2025. The polls will be open until February 12, 2025, and the final results will be announced in mid-March. Although this is not the final list, let’s take a look at the currently most popular manga titles that fans want to watch come alive.
As per the Anime Japan 2025 official website, the top 10 series from the list of nominated titles are:
- Idol × Idol Story!
- Honeko Akabane’s Bodyguards
- Akuyaku Reijō no Naka no Hito: Danzai Sareta Tensei-sha no Tame Usotsuki Heroine ni Fukushū Itashimasu
- She’s Fed Up with Her Siscon Brother
- Liar! Gokuou-kun
- AR/MS
- Otaku ni Yasashii Gal wa Inai!?
- Kaisha to Shiseikatsu: On to Off
- I Love Your Cruddy
- KITAYAMA KUN TO MINAMIYA KUN
Keep in mind that these rankings change every day depending on the fans' votes. There are many more titles on this list, including fan-favourite series like Gokurakugai, Kindergarten Wars, Girl Meets Rock! and many more. Fans can vote for their favourite series on the list until February 12. In Anime Japan 2024, the Shinanontinoikuru manga by nakasorahami was voted as the manga fans wanted to see animated the most. Other popular titles such as Kagurabachi and Kindergarten Wars were also in the top 10 list.
