Despite being one of the most popular shonen manga around, Yūki Tabata’s Black Clover is one of the slowest to update. Although it began its journey on Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine, it was moved to the quarterly Jump GIGA magazine in 2023. Ever since then, fans have only received 2 chapters every four months. With the final arc of the manga reaching its climax, fans are eagerly waiting for new chapters. Thankfully, it was announced that the next two chapters of the manga are coming out in May.
Black Clover Chapter 379 and 380 release date
The 19th 2025 issue of Weekly Shonen Jump revealed what would be included in the Jump GIGA 2025 SPRING edition. User @WSJ_manga on X (formerly Twitter) spotted that Black Clover is one of the titles that will feature in the next edition. This means Black Clover Chapters 379 and 380 will be published on 2 May, 2025, in the Spring 2025 edition of Jump GIGA.
Chapters 377 and 378 of Yūki Tabata’s manga came out on 9 January 2025, in the Winter edition of the magazine. The current arc is also the final stretch of the series. The latest chapter focused on Asta and Yuno facing Lucius in a final battle. Although the dynamic duo were able to face the villain on an equal footing thanks to their improvements, the battle is far from over. Fans can expect to see both Yuno and Asta be overwhelmed by Lucius Zogratis and rise up to the occasion to save the Clover Kingdom.
