In a World Full of Zombies I'm the Only One Who Doesn't Get Attacked story and other details
As the name suggests, this series is a zombie apocalypse survival horror. The light novel series is written by Rokuro Uraji and illustrated by Saburō. It began publishing on the adult male section of the Shōsetsuka ni Narō website in 2013. Later, Frontier Works acquired the rights for the series and has published three novels so far under their Nox Novels imprint. Frontier Works’ Comic Ragchew website has also been publishing the manga adaptation by Chihiro Masuda since 2021.
The story of the series revolves around Yūsuke Takemura, a dedicated salaryman who suddenly gets fired from his job due to the company going bankrupt. He becomes a shut-in with no motivation. One day, he decides to leave his apartment after binging on video games all week, only for a strange man to bite his arm. Yūsuke comes back home and stays in bed for a few days due to a sudden fever. But once he wakes up and goes outside, he can’t believe his eyes. The world is in complete chaos as most people have turned into zombies while some surviving humans are trying to stay alive. Mysteriously, the zombies never attack Yūsuke, and he decides to take advantage of that.
