Another harem ecchi romcom is on the way! Fans will be glad to know that Muchimaro’s manga series There is Also a Hole in the Student Organization! (Seitokai ni mo Ana wa Aru!) is getting an anime adaptation soon. Although no release window has been revealed yet, the official website and X (formerly Twitter) account of the series just revealed a short preview video highlighting the main characters.

Produced by Passione, the anime is directed by Naoyuki Tatsuwa (Nisekoi, Nisemonogatari). Masahiro Yokotani (I Have a Crush at Work, Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai) is writing and supervising the scripts while, Ryo Imamura (Puella Magi Madoka Magica, Onimai: I’m Now Your Sister) is in charge of character designing. The voice actors of the show have not been revealed as of yet. Muchimaro has drawn an illustration to celebrate the anime adaptation.
The original manga series began publishing on Kodansha’s Weekly Shonen Magazine back in 2022. The story revolves around Ume Mizunoe, a first year high school boy who is on the verge of failing his STEM subjects. To avoid being held up a year, Ume decides to join the Student Council and improve his academic records. However, he finds that the Student Council members are really strange.
