A movie teaser visual and trailer has also been revealed.
Touted as the first anime movie adaptation of Lewis Carroll’s classic Alice in Wonderland, the Fushigi no Kuni de Alice to -Dive in Wonderland- has announced nine additional cast members ahead of its 29 August 2025 Japanese premiere.
The announcement was paired with a teaser visual and video, which was posted on -Dive in Wonderland-’s official X (formerly Twitter) account.

In addition to the previously announced main cast of Nanoka Hara as Rise Azumino and Maika Pugh as Alice, the official website of -Dive in Wonderland- has revealed additional cast members, those being:

- Fumiko Azumino (Rise’s grandmother) - Keiko Toda
- Queen of Hearts - Mayu Matsuoka
- Mad Hatter - Koji Yamamoto
- March Haire - Norito Yashima
- Humpty Dumpty - Ryuichi Kosugi, who is a member of the comedy duo Black Mayonnaise

The movie is produced by Shochiku and TBS Holdings, with P.A. Works as its animation studio. Toshiya Shinohara is the director, with Yuki Kakihara handling scripts. The rest of the staff is as follows:

Rise Azumino is a university student who feels that she is lost in life. One day, guided by an invitation letter left behind by her late grandmother, she enters “Wonderland”. She meets a girl named Alice there and they travel together.
