The ever-chaotic KonoSuba announced that its anime sequel production has been greenlit.
KonoSuba: God's Blessing On This Wonderful World has announced that its anime sequel has been greenlit. The announcement was made at the end of their most recent OVA, KonoSuba: God's Blessing On This Wonderful World Season 3 BONUS STAGE. However, further details regarding the anime sequel haven't been revealed yet.

KonoSuba follows the adventures of four quirky characters: Kazuma Satou, a single 17-year-old Hikkikomori (described as someone who has totally withdrawn from society) who gets transported to another world; Aqua, the narcissistic goddess of water; Megumin, a magician who can only cast Explosion spell; and Darkness, a masochistic knight with a surprising background.
Originally borne from light novels written by Natsume Akatsuki and illustrated by Kurone Mishima, KonoSuba has been adapted into 20 volumes of manga that are still ongoing, and three seasons of anime, with another season incoming.
KonoSuba's light novel has completed its publication in 2020 and has been compiled into 17 volumes. It has also seen many spin-offs, including KonoSuba: An Explosion on This Wonderful World!, which told the backstory of Megumin and other characters from the series.
The anime adaptation has aired for three seasons. A movie sequel called KonoSuba: God's Blessing on This Wonderful World! Legend of Crimson was also released for the anime. KonoSuba's newest anime sequel will reveal further details in the future.
