The official website for upcoming romance anime April Showers Bring May Flowers has revealed the anime’s TV format, cast, staff, teaser visual, teaser promotional video, and most importantly: a July debut.
Although no date is set yet, the anime based on Roku Sakura’s manga will have viewers melt at the heartwarming romance between Hana and Yosuke.

The anime is directed by Mirai Minato, who is also overseeing the series scripts, with SILVER LINK set as producer. Miwa Oshima handles character design alongside Beat, and Yuki Hayashi and Shogo Yamashiro are working in tandem for the music. Other staff members are:

The manga for April Showers Bring May Flowers first came out in Kadokawa’s Young Ace in April 2016, and ended in September 2022. The official English synopsis for the series according to Yen Press is:
Pessimistic high school student Hana Tabata doesn't believe her life could ever be like that of a heroine from the shoujo manga she reads—she's convinced she's ugly, and she's always alone. Still, she can't help but imagine herself as a leading lady when she's changing out flowers early one morning...until she's caught in the act by her handsome classmate Yousuke Ueno! Hana can't wrap her head around his kind words at first, but as they grow closer, she finds her life slowly beginning to change…
The anime adaptation was first announced in November 2022.
