I'm the Evil Lord of an Intergalactic Empire! anime announces release date and additional cast

The opening and ending theme songs of the series have also been announced.

The sci-fi isekai anime series I'm The Evil Lord of an Intergalactic Empire! is set to air on April 5, 2025. This was announced on the official X (formerly Twitter) account of the show, which also released a new trailer for the upcoming project. Moreover, three new voice actors have also joined the anime. The new cast members include:

  • Shinichiro Miki (Yahya in Beastars, Zamasu in Dragon Ball Super) as Yasushi
  • Yoji Ueda (Eisen in Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End, Charlie Dickenson in Banana Fish) as Brian Beaumont
  • Tetsu Inada (Gantetsusai Tamiya in Hell’s Paradise: Jigokuraku, Sajin Komamura in Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War) as Goaz

Other cast and staff members of the anime were previously announced on the official X account. The latest trailer features voice performances from many of the VAs. Moreover, it was also announced that the opening theme song of the anime will be Uchu-teki MYSTERY, performed by Saishu Mirai Shojo. On the other hand, the ending theme song of the anime is Nantonaku, performed by Nagi Fujisaki. This anime is coming out in the Spring 2025 season with many other new and returning titles. The show, based on Yomu Mishima's light novel series of the same name, is being produced by Quad.
