My Hero Academia: Vigilantes is a spin-off and prequel manga to Kohei Horikoshi’s My Hero Academia series. Written by Hideyuki Furuhashi and illustrated by Betten Court, Vigilantes revolves around a young man named Koichi Haimawari who tries to help people with his quirk despite not being a licensed hero. When he and his friend Pop-Step meet a quirkless but powerful vigilante hero named Knuckleduster, both she and Koichi join hands with the man to become masked heroes of the people.
