A live-action teaser has been revealed to commemorate the news.

Shinya Misu’s love-triangle romcom manga series, Osananajimi to wa LoveCom ni Naranai  is getting adapted into an anime. Although it’s an anime, the first teaser of the series is live-action.

Osananajimi to wa LoveCom ni Naranai anime story details

As of now, it has only been announced that Tezuka Productions (Astro Boy, The Quintessential Quintuplets, The Fable) is in charge of animating the project. The live-action trailer was made by CyberAgent, although we don’t know if a live-action adaptation is also in the works. The anime is based on the manga series by Shinya Misu. It began publishing in 2022 on Kodansha’s Magazine Pocket website. An illustration by Shinya Misu was also released.

The story of Osananajimi to wa LoveCom ni Naranai revolves around Eiyū a high school boy with two childhood girl best friends Shio and Akari. Now a teenager, Eiyū has started looking at his friends with lustful and romantic eyes, although it doesn’t matter because they don’t like him. However, it seems that both Shio and Akari are attracted to him and hide it from him altogether.
