Season 2 of the popular fantasy romance anime will air on January 7, 2025.
Unnamed Memory became a popular title in the fantasy romance genre with the release of its first season in April 2024, and unlike most other slow-burn stories, the love between Oscar and Tinasha bloomed quite quickly. However, in the 12th and final episode of the season, Oscar accidentally goes back in time 400 years when Tinasha is just 13 years old. In order to save her from her tragic fate at the hands of Lanak, Osacar interrupts the sacrificial ritual, altering the timeline completely.
Based on Kuji Furumiya’s light novel series of the same name, Season 2 of Unnamed Memory is set to release its first episode on January 7, 2025. Studio ENGI is handling the production of the second season as well. According to the latest trailer, the opening theme of the series will be ‘Unsung Ballad’ by TRUE and ‘inclusion’ by Arika. Atsumi Tanezaki and Yoshiki Nakajima are reprising their roles as Tinasha and Oscar.

As per the trailer for season 2, the reality of Oscar and Tinasha will change completely due to the protagonist’s actions in the final episode. Unlike what Oscar said about people disappearing once they go back in time seems to be false. However, due to the past changing, Tinasha might have to overcome a lot of obstacles to win Oscar back as her husband. Fans are eager to see the two once again finding their way back to each other and falling in love.
