Momo and Okarun split up for two important missions as a new enemy appears.
The latest chapter of Yukinobu Tatsu’s manga introduced a brand new character talking to Count Saint-Germain. Fans learned that the woman is a Kur, and her suit has been destroyed. Elsewhere, after getting home, Momo is urged by Seiko to visit Shimane as her curse can be reversed there. However, Kinta informs them that Kouki and Sawaki are in danger. Okarun and Aira decide to stay behind as Momo and Zuma depart with Seiko. Unfortunately, the manga will enter another one-month break before the next part of the story plays out.

A strange woman wakes up in an unfamiliar place. As she opens her eyes, we see one of them has a crosshair. It’s revealed that she’s on Earth when a shabby industrial building is seen in the background. Suddenly, Count Saint-Germain appears in front of her and asks her if she’s awake. The woman, feeling threatened, tries looking for something, but notices that her battle suit has been destroyed. The particular suit appeared first in chapter 79 of the manga, which means this woman is a Kur alien. Count Saint-Germain says that it’s no good anymore and she’ll have to get a new one. The woman asks what he wants and the antagonist answers that there’s something he needs help with. However, if she declines, he will just leave her stranded alone on Earth, whose gravitational pull is hard for the woman to handle.
The chapter moves to Okarun, Momo, Aira, Jjji, Vamola, Daiki, Zuma, and one of Zuma’s guys. Momo tries to bridge the gap between Zuma and Aira, but Aira affirms her stance on not trusting him. When they reach Seiko’s house, they see Manjiro and his van. Before they can understand what’s happening, Seiko comes out with two suitcases and asks Vamola and Momo to come with her as there’s no time to waste. Momo asks about the scrapes and band-aids on her face, but Seiko says that they need to leave for Shimane now to change Momo back to normal. Okarun, Aira, and Jiji say that they’ll come too. When the group explains Daiki’s situation about rapid aging, Seiko urges him and Zuma to join them as they might be able to reverse this curse at the shrine as well.
Suddenly, Kinta barges into the house and says that there’s a huge emergency. We learn that Kouki has been taken to the gym by the teacher who was blackmailing her, and Rin’s keeping an eye on them. Momo asks Seiko if they can delay the trip since one of their friends is in grave danger. But Seiko says that they have to be there tomorrow as there’s a Supermoon and need to make sure that the curse is reversed during the hours of the ox. After hearing this, Aira says she’ll stay behind and Okarun joins her too. Momo says that she understands and she’ll be back once she returns to her normal size. Kinta, Okarun, and Aira leave for the school. In the school’s gym, we see Rin keeping an eye on Kouki. However, a massive silhouette of a man looms behind her.

The two different plot points finally collide in the manga but in an unusual way. Okarun and Momo, who usually fight side-by-side, have been separated, giving birth to two new plot progressions. Momo’s group will head toward the shrine where the magic hammer is kept, while Okarun’s group will save Rin and Kouki from imminent danger. Fans are eager to find out what happens next as the scary silhouette in the end was pretty ominous. The new character who was introduced at the beginning of the chapter will likely also make an appearance soon. However, readers will have to wait for a month for the next update as the mangaka has announced a break.
Dandadan chapter 183 release date

As per the Manga Plus website, the Dandadan chapter 183 release date is going to be Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at 12 AM JST. This will translate to 11 PM SGT, 8:30 PM IST, and 8 AM PST release time on Monday, February 24, 2025. Yukinobu Tatsu didn’t provide any reason for the sudden hiatus. But the author had taken a similar break last year to prepare for the next arc.
